Welcome to Cleanup Bot: Swipe up photos (the “Service”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you and POCKETECH (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of the Service.

Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service.

By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue use of the Service immediately.

These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, subscribers, and free-trial users.

By using the Service, you represent that:

• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service;
• If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription.

Subscription Plans

We may offer different subscription plans, including but not limited to:

• Weekly VIP
• Yearly VIP

Each subscription plan provides specific features and benefits that are described within the app.

Free Trials

Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. If the subscription is not canceled before the end of the trial period, it will automatically convert into a paid subscription.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is disabled.

All purchases are generally non-refundable.

However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of Cleanup Bot: Swipe up photos. In many cases, refunds are handled directly by Apple according to the App Store refund policy.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software
• Upload or distribute harmful or illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

All rights, titles, and interests in the Service—including software, design, trademarks, logos, text, images, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to POCKETECH.

These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without prior written permission, you may not:

• Copy
• Distribute
• Modify
• Reproduce
• Publish

any content from the Service.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, POCKETECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• data loss
• device malfunction
• service interruptions
• financial loss resulting from the use of the Service.

Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service if:

• you violate these Terms;
• your use of the Service poses a security risk;
• we discontinue the Service.

You may also stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app or canceling your subscription.

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time.

If material changes are made, we may notify users through the app or other communication methods. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you download the app through the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• Apple is not responsible for the Service or its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
• Apple is not responsible for addressing claims related to the app.

These Terms are solely between you and POCKETECH.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
