Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the Inst Saver mobile application (the “Service”), operated by POCKETECH LIMITED (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

Inst Saver is a utility tool designed to help users download and save photos, videos, and media content from publicly available Instagram links to their local devices for personal, offline viewing. Additionally, the Service provides features that allow users to manage, categorize, and organize their favorite Reels and media collections efficiently.

2. Relationship with Instagram (Meta)

No Affiliation: This Service is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Instagram, LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc.
Platform Terms: Your use of this Service must also comply with Instagram’s Terms of Use and Community Guidelines. You agree not to use this Service to violate Instagram’s policies.

3. User Responsibilities & Copyright

You acknowledge and agree that:

Intellectual Property Rights: The ownership, intellectual property rights, and any other interests of the Video, Photo, Story, Reels, and Highlights on the platform belong to their respective publishers or owners.
Personal Use Only: You agree to use the downloaded content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You generally need to obtain permission from the owner before republishing or using the downloaded content for commercial purposes.
Content Liability: We do not control the content downloaded through our Service. You are solely responsible for any content you download and for any consequences of sharing or republishing such content. We accept no liability for any intellectual property infringement or unauthorized use of content by you.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Using the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Using the Service to download content that is abusive, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Service.
Using the Service to “scrape” or collect data massively from Instagram in a way that burdens their servers.

5. Intellectual Property (The App)

The Service and its original content (excluding content downloaded by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of POCKETECH LIMITED and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both China and foreign countries.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

No Guarantee: We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
Third-Party Changes: Since the Service depends on the Instagram platform, we cannot guarantee that the Service will continue to work if Instagram updates its website, API, or security measures. We are not obligated to update the Service to fix these issues immediately, although we will try our best.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall POCKETECH LIMITED, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
Any content obtained from the Service;
Any legal action taken against you due to your violation of copyright laws.

8. Subscriptions and Purchases (If Applicable)

If the Service offers optional paid features (e.g., removing ads):

Payments will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user’s Account Settings after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
