Needs: a computer(Windows/macOS), a data cable(or Stable WiFi network), and your iPhone/iPad

Tiger Mirror Cast is suitable for meetings, teaching, display and entertainment. For more applicable scenarios, you can click on the homepage to view or contact customer service.

Please make sure your iOS device and PC are connected to the same WiFi. Allow Tiger Mirror Cast access to your network, and connect Bluetooth to control iOS devices.

When iPhone asks you whether to “Trust this computer,” tap Trust and enter your screen passcode. If there is no driver on your computer, you need to install the driver first. Then connect Bluetooth to control iOS devices.

For Mac Users:

Ensure your Mac system is macOS 12 or earlier. macOS 12 or later does not support Bluetooth connection. You can use Tiger Mirrorsync on earlier macOS versions or try Windows Version.

For Windows Users:

1. Bluetooth Compatibility:
(1) Tiger Mirrorsync supports PC (Windows 7 and above).
(2) For iOS users who want screen mirroring and phone control on PC, the PC needs to be Windows 10 (Version 1803 or later) with Bluetooth function and support for Bluetooth BLE peripherals. Most laptops meet these requirements, but desktops need to be checked.

2. Check Compatibility:
Open Tiger Mirrorsync and select iOS screen casting to check compatibility. If incompatible, you will receive an immediate prompt after initiating iOS screen casting.

3. USB Bluetooth Dongle:
If your desktop doesn’t have Bluetooth function, you can purchase a USB Bluetooth Dongle 5.0 Adapter or higher to pair Bluetooth between your PC and phone. It works for both laptops and desktops.

Bluetooth connection failure:

Step 1:
Remove Bluetooth pairing from both your phone and computer.

Step 2:
Restart Tiger Mirrorsync and wait for the Bluetooth pairing window to appear.
On your iOS device, search for the two identical Bluetooth names of your computer.
Actively connect to the Bluetooth name from your iOS device. (Do not click Confirm if a Bluetooth connection confirmation box pops up on your computer or mobile phone without following the steps above).

Step 3:
If no two Bluetooth names are the same, exit Bluetooth and try again.

Step 4:
If the issue persists, restart your computer and try again.

(1)Tap “Trust” and Enter Passcode:
When prompted, tap “Trust This Computer” on your iPhone. Then enter the screen passcode.

(2)If “Trust” Pop-up Doesn’t Appear:
If the “Trust” pop-up window does not appear on your device, please replug the device or go to General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Location & Privacy. Then attempt the connection again.

(3)Restart iOS Device and Tiger MirrorSync:
If you continue to encounter connection problems, restart both your iOS device and Tiger MirrorSync. Then try connecting again.
